Spectrum Trio
Spectrum Trio is an eclectic percussion group dedicated to performing a broad base of musical styles and creating new music which utilizes percussion instruments, voice, and electronics. We are rooted in performing traditional music from Cuba, Brazil and West Africa, while also drawing from our jazz, classical and funk backgrounds. Spectrum Trio has performed in many venues for a variety of listeners - coming armed with fresh and exciting music that stimulates their audience. The group has also conducted lecture performances for students and educators across the United States - helping to ensure the future and proper education of young musicians and enthusiasts.

Mike’s a goofy guy who just loves to learn. He learned from the best, including the gents to the left, but now finds inspiration by teaching the fabulous students at Ithaca College in New York.
